When I Smile.... =)

Laugther is good medicine for me. There is perhaps some truth in the saying ; An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Many doctors and psychologists believe laughter is good for the physical and mental health of a person. It has good healing effects.

This what i get when i laughter....:
  • It gives a healthy workout to many organs in the body.
  • It improves blood circulation.
  • It helps to burn off calories.
  • It can helps in relieving headaches.
  • It lightens stress, anxiety, depression and pain.
and others.....

    yes shahida, laughing can make us forget the sadness and problems that we have, sometimes.
    however, try not to make it a compulsory dose of medicine for you.
    there's a better thing...and it's called ZIKIR =)

    did u forgot about hadith said (translated),

    "Dan janganlah kamu banyak ketawa kerana banyak ketawa itu mematikan hati.” (Riwayat Ahmad dan at-Tirmizi)."..

    but it doesn't mean we can't laugh after all.. yes, we can.. hahaha..

    but dn't forget about Allah, our God..
